With a keen eye for detail and a passion for reimagining neglected spaces, Deming and Gant have taken on diverse projects. Among their current endeavors is the redevelopment of a mixed-use commercial property, where they are creating a new neighborhood hub with living spaces, food, and retail. They are also involved in the redevelopment of multiple residential properties, breathing new life into these spaces.
